The fraudulent activity has left me in a critical financial position, and I have already initiated necessary legal steps, including registering a complaint with the Cyber Crime Cell and local police authorities.Due to this unforeseen and unfortunate event, I am currently under extreme financial distress and am unable to meet my EMI obligations.
You can always write a legal notice to the concerned bank or the institution from where you took the loan and your EMI are pending and inform them about the unfortunate incident that happened to you and tell them either give you some more time or waive off by doing settlement in the EMI that are pending. And also attach the copy of the FIR along with the said notice.
