Request for Legal Guidance – Non-Refund of Chitty Amount

I joined a registered chitty in my locality. I paid all the installments. The chitty is over, but I didn’t get my money back. When I asked, they said the President and Secretary resigned, and no one is responsible now. I want your help to get my money back. What legal steps can I take?

you should file a police complaint immediately. you can recover the chitty amount through civil and criminal petition. if it is a registered chitty company they have the responsibility to appoint another secretary and president. the reason for denying the chitty amount is illegal.
