Due to current financial constraints, I am unable to make the full settlement payment by the previously agreed date.I would like to formally request additional time to arrange the settlement amount of ₹42,000/- and ensure that the payment is made without complications. I need guidance on how to communicate this request properly to Paytm and handle the process professionally.

You can send a lawyer notice intimating your intention to settle the loan and also seeking time for making the same. It will be better if you furnish the details of loan and reasons for seeking time for payment
