Request for Fixed-Fee Quote – Legal Notice for Recovery of ₹21,000

05-Sep-2025 (In Recovery Law)
I am seeking a professional engagement on a fixed-fee basis for the following matter: Three consultancy invoices of ₹70,000 each (Apr, May, Jun 2024). Payments received were only ₹63,000 each – total ₹21,000 withheld. The payer has not furnished Form 16A or TDS challan details. I need a legal notice issued on advocate’s letterhead demanding either (a) Form 16A + challan details or (b) release of ₹21,000 with interest.

you can directly send them a notice on the company's letter head if they don't clear your pending dues directly go to city civil court or in msme fc if you are registered there. you can also complain with income tax commissioner for non generation of form 16a, or any tds challan.
