Request for Course Cancellation and Refund – Digital Marketing Course

12-Jul-2025 (In Recovery Law)
I'm have registered for an digital marketing course in an educational institute where I paid 10000 as advance and agreed to their terms this is non refundable. Now since I have got admission to another college for a better degree I'm canceling my application there and going the college and I want the 10000 back. But they are not agreeing saying that I agreed to their non refundable clause. Is there any ways legally I can get my advance amount back??

File a consumer complaint for recovery of money, compensation, advocate charges, etc. If you have any queries call me. You have a good chance of winning the case, if you have proof of giving money. The nonrefundable clause will not stand in court and you can recover your money.
