Rent to be recovered, Registered rent agreement done with tenent(A com

Registered Rent agreement done in 2023 for a year by SAMVI INDUSTRIES @3000 Rs per month, Till date not paid. Need to be recovered. Pls suggest

Since a registered rent agreement was executed in 2023 and no rent has been paid till date, you have a clear legal remedy. You may first issue a legal notice to SAMVI INDUSTRIES demanding the outstanding rent with interest. If they fail to comply, you can file a civil recovery suit in the appropriate civil court for recovery of arrears. Also, if the premises are still occupied, you may file for eviction due to breach of contract and default in payment. Ensure you maintain copies of the rent agreement and any previous communication for submission in court.
