Remedy if Agent made false promise for job and took money

Dear sir, I give 125000rs to an agent for job before 2 year and he give me several dates for joining and he switched off his phone I have a receipt of bank details.
In this case you can file a police complain in the nearest police station. Or you can also file a complaint in the court under section 200 of the Crpc. You have ample of remedies as the act committed by the accused is an offence under section 420 of the indian penal code.
