Regarding summen to an accused person notice from ludhiyana court

I have got a notice form criminal court ludhiyana judicial magistrate 1st class u/s 25 PASSA act. I have been asked present in person in court on March 26, 2026. What shout I do. I I ask company for settlement at this stage. Is it necessary for me to present in person on above said date. Kindly help
