Sir, on April 8,2024 I have done transaction of 500 rupees for my Railway form submission fee .As transaction of 500 rupees was successful, but the payment was not received by the merchant [ which is RRB board] , I have complaint on cpgrams ,but they have said that your refund has done, but no refund has done till now . Please provide me the information how can I deal with this in consumer court.
