Regarding holding blank cheque and school /college certificate

Hi .I have processed a file from immigration agent for study visa .but due to some issues in my file I did not got the visa .now the agent is holding my study documents and blank cheque .please suggest what to do in that case.

It's advisable for you to first of all rather than going legally you should serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either stop all these harassment and return my documents as well as the cheques or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if they fail to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. If the agent refuses to return the documents, you can file a complaint with the police, providing details of the illegal possession of your documents. The police may initiate an investigation and take appropriate action.

You have to issue the agent a legal notice for the same via your advocate else he can misuse your cheques m implicate you in a false case ! You need to hire expert advocate in this regard Kindly b in touch Thanks
