Refund request/deduction charges

A dental company made me pay 76k from their third party fibe loan partners and I cancelled the treatment the same day however they're delaying the refund request and are making me out until the first payment is deducted. They're deducting 10k from the 76k for cancelling. I have never been to the clinic and I recieved zero services from them for the payment which was made. I need advise on this and if my payment is not made on the 5th I'd have to bear the charges from fibe

To request a refund from a company legally in India, you should follow a structured escalation process—starting with a formal demand and moving to a legal notice and consumer or civil forums if the company refuses.
