Refund not received from an online shopping platform

I have an issue with 2 pair of INC. 5 sandals, that I ordered from. It is clearly mentioned that the amount deducted was Rs. 2139.30/- and I have received a refund of only Rs. 1069.65. I have been refunded for only one pair. I had ordered a total amount of Rs. 6298.49/- I received an order of 1683.61 (820.88+862.73), which is two pairs of sandals. Then I should be refunded a total amount of Rs. 4614.88, and I have received only one pair of shoes Rs. 3588.38/-

This is a clear case of unfair trade practice and deficiency in service. You are entitled to file a complaint against the company under the Consumer Protection Act to seek redressal for the inconvenience and financial loss caused.
