Refund not received after signing bond

21-May-2026 (In Recovery Law)
I paid fees for a Germany ausbulding program. Company agreed to refund 2,95,000 on or before 15th May 2026 but failed. Now they are asking me to sign a Non-Disclosure and Indemnity Bond on 100 Rs stamp paper for refund. Bond says closure of all claims and obligations. Can they refuse refund after I sign? Is this legal? What should I do to secure my refund first?

Hello, you must ask them to amend the T&C of the NDIB to the extent that it becomes conditionally upon payment of your claim within a stipulated period of time in your bank account failing which the bond will be ineffective. You can also send a legal notice for recovery of your claims. Do not sign the bond unless the amount is paid to you or the T&C are amended as per your needs. Keep a record of conversation.
