Hi I booked property via property firm (Settlin, Property Consultancy). they collected 1Lakh booking about and promised to refund my money incase if any issue is find in property document. after paying my money they handover over property documents and I found there is no completion certificate and OC is issued to property. I asked for refund but they deny saying property is E khata. I have Tri party agreement (Me, Settlin and owner of property). Money i Paid to Settlin and I have paidment detai

You have to send a legal notice to them seeking refund of amount. If they don’t respond to legal notice then next step is to file a case against them. It will be consumer complaint before district consumer forum with minimal court fees.
