Refund is not provided although liable as per policy terms

I am a customer who bought a 50" Blaupunkt TV online from Flipk Jeeves with a 3-year complete protection plan. Regretfully, the TV's LCD panel began to breakdown in December 2024. My problem is that Jeeves cannot fix my TV and is responsible for my refund, but they are not giving it to me. Purchase Information: Date of Invoice: 08-12-2023 Reporting Malfunction: December 24, 2024 Jeeves' response: Every time I follow up on my claims, they say that you will receive a settlement. You have a valid claim under consumer protection laws. Since the product is under a 3-year complete protection plan, Jeeves is obligated to repair or refund if repair is not possible. First, send a written notice via email or registered post to Jeeves and Flipkart, citing the invoice, warranty, and repeated failures to address the issue. If they do not resolve your claim within a reasonable time (e.g., 15 days), you may approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, for deficiency of service and unfair trade practice. You may claim a refund, replacement, compensation for mental harassment, and litigation costs. If required, consult a consumer law advocate for further action.

It is the matter of Consumer, and as a consumer you can take an action against the person if the have mentioned before for refund and not full filing the promise then legal action can be taken against them
