Hi,
As per the limited information shared by you I can understand that that you canceled a treatment in a hospital where you paid the full amount of INR 74,500 and now they are deducting an amount of INR 28,000 instead of INR 15,000. It totally depends the circumstances of the contract. We can ask for the amount through a notice. Let me know if you require any-other advise.

No you can’t go against the refundable policy
Secondly they might hv taken signature n now u r bound to follow those terms
But if they are deducting more then 15k without any valid reason then we can issue them legal notice or draft police complaint
Plz b in touch

Although the refund depends on the refund policy which has been signed by you and the party and the clinic. however the policy is primer face oily unwarranted and untenable when a claim can be made out from the unusual demands. You will be entitled for the refund of the amount which you have made in full and compensation as well. it is advised that firstly a legal notice can be sent to the party which might suffice your requirement.
