How can I recover my money which is given cash by me to my brother in year of 2011.

First of all for the recovery of money a compulsory legal notice must be served to the opposite party. And in that notice you must write that pay me the amount or face legal action. In your case the limitation period had expired. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes you can recover the money if you haven’t left any evidences showing three years limitation as per limitation act. We need to cleverly cover the limitation period in order to admit our case and u also need to deposit court fee for your reviver amount …u need to hire an expert advocate asap..plz b in touch
