Recovery of money paid in bank account

Hi, I have given rupees 2 lakh to someone known for few days as he was waiting for a payment from my company. He had received the money from the company but now he is not giving my money back and not responding to calls. Please suggest what to do

You can send him/her legal notice for Recovery of money and in case if that person does not respond or make payment then you can file suit for recovery of money before the appropriate jurisdictional court.
