Recovery of Money from elder brother need legal help

I have a clothing shop, and beacuse of that all my relative do shopping from my shop, nMy elder brother has done shopping of amount rs 5 lakh in last 4 years, i have issue GST bills too nThe shopping of rs 5 lakh has done in parts in last 4 years like (on jan 2019 the bill amount is rs 15000,on march 2019 bill amount is rs 400 and so on) thier are bill amount starting from rs 170 to rs 25000 and so on.I have call him to do my hisaab of shopping and he has accepted that he haven't done any payment of cloth shoped in last 4 years and will do the payment ( i have call recording of that )nBut after seeing bills and details he denying me to pay my money (face to face talk)nnWhat can i do please help my to do a legal action i have all the bills print and call recording of my elder brother accpting the fact that he doesn't pay any amount in last 4 years.But denying the amount face to facenHe asked me to take a legal steps too he has denied to pay the dues
