Recovery of Maturity Amount of Unitech Fixed Deposit

12-Sep-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I have 2 Fixed Deposits of Rs.25000/- each with Unitech. The link of Amacus Curie for submitting Claim is closed on 26/05/2019. There are many fixed depositors like me who could not file claims at the portal as we were not aware of the development and there was no Email/SMS communication from the company or Amacus Curie in this regard. What is the way out ? Is there any possibility of filing a collective application in Supreme Court for re-opening the link for filing Fixed Deposit claim ?

Hi. We can approach the court if we were not able to file our claims because of an honest and bona fide mistake. We will apprise the court and file and application before the court with regards to the same. But we will have to now take steps promptly and cant delay this.

yes the fixed deposit can be recovered, but for that we need the entire brief from your end and followed by it we can claim the amount back by making an application to the appropriate court and same has been done also.
