Recovery of fine from legal heirs

Can a fine liable to be recovered u/s 421 and 422 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 from the deceased, be recovered from his/her legal heirs after his death?

yes LH can only receive why cant they pay LH's can take assets why cant they take liability its a bilateral not unilateral remember it you make take the assets but you must also discharge liability
