Recovery of dues from a firm for supply of goods

I am a government approved building material supplier. I had supplied building material in a project to a firm but after too many reminders they are delaying payments and are only giving fake promises. Now it's has been more than 1 year the had not paid single penny . So guide me were and how to lodge case against them as all goods supplied under GST billing and also we are MSME registered firm .
Since you're MSME registered with GST invoices, file a case on the MSME Samadhaan portal immediately. The law mandates payment within 45 days. You can also claim 3x bank interest. First, send a formal legal notice via a lawyer to pressure them.
