Recovery of borrowed money from a person.

HinI was in a relationship with boy. He took money from me stating that he will start buisness and then will marry me. I was also connected with his family and also sent money to his brother account as well. He took almost 8 lakhs that I have shared through UPI and rest via cash. I took loan for him and gave him the money also he is only loan guarantor in my loan . Now since I started to give my money back as I need to pay emi then he stopped talking to me and is saying go and file case against me.What should I do in this situation?

If you have all proper documents, then it is advisable to take criminal action against him and also you can file a recovery suit. For more details you may Contact us. Thanks and Regards
