Recovery of amount paid to travel agent he is delaying the payment.

I paid 95,000 to a travel agent to book my flight tickets but alter due to circumstances,i never travelled,he never made any bookings nor he gave me proof of any bookings , i have payment receipt from , what should I do to get my payment return. It's been 4 months and he isn't being professional nor giving a time limit until when will my money be returned.

Dear Sir, You may issue a legal notice for recovery of amount. If you still not receive payment then you may file a case against him in appropriate forum. Thanks and Regards
