It sounds like you’ve already paid a significant amount, and if the service hasn’t been up to standard, you absolutely have the right to seek redress. Here’s how you can approach this: 1. Review the Agreement: Check the terms and conditions your son agreed to when enrolling. See if there’s a clause on refunds, cancellation, or service quality. Look for any dispute resolution process mentioned. 2. Formal Complaint: First, write a formal email/letter to FIITJEE eSchool’s grievance department. Clearly state the mismanagement you’ve faced, the lack of benefits, and your decision to stop payments. Ask for a detailed explanation of the next session’s fees they’ve already taken and request a full refund for the unused portion. 3. Issue a Legal Notice: If they ignore your complaint or refuse the refund, you can issue a legal notice. Highlight the poor service, lack of benefits, and the unjustified deduction of fees. Demand the refund of ₹50,000 for the next session and specify a reasonable time frame (like 15 days) to respond. 4. Consumer Court: If the issue remains unresolved: File a complaint in the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. Claim a refund along with compensation for mental harassment and legal expenses. 5. Documents Needed: Enrollment agreement/receipt Proof of payments made (bank statements, transaction details) E-NACH cancellation proof Emails, chats, or any written communication about the mismanagement Any evidence of poor service (like missing classes, delayed materials, etc.) Would you like me to help draft the formal complaint or the legal notice? Let me know how you’d like to proceed!
