Recovery By A Partnership Firm Against Third Party

Can a partnership firm having four partner having dispute Iin firm. Can a individual partner file a suit against third party for recovery without authorization with other partners

The first question that arises is- is the Partnership firm registered? If no then, section 69 of the partnership act restricts the partner of the partnership or infact the partnership to file a lawsuit against the other partners or a third party.
