hello sir, I went through your query, the investments into stock market are made on market risk therefore you cannot claim the recovery of such since it was your voluntary decision. still, I would like to know if he had given you any statements or account details regarding your trading account and with which trader has he opened account. plus ask him to show you trade details to know if he has actually made any trade or is playing tricks. hope it was helpful

You can file a police complaint regarding the offence committed against you.
Submit a written complaint in the nearest police station to your residence.
If they dont register your FIR then you can write to higher authorities about the same.

Hi,
As per the limited information given by you.
We can go ahead in 2 directions civil and criminal.
As you have transferred the money through bank we can move ahead with civil recovery.
We can also ahead with making him liable criminally as he has committed fraud against you.
