received lok adalat notice from connect as i said to them to change plan or disconnect but they are now forcing to pay amount i didnt accepted legal notice from lok adalat now what to do
It is totally up to you to go or not in lok adalat but it is mostly seen the lok adalat closes the case amicable with reasonable fee. So if you don't want to burn time and resources go for lok adalat. In the end you have to pay something anyhow. Or you can continue contesting the case in usual way which is 2-3 years, choice is yours.
