Received an email from Party Revv cars as Proclaimed offender

I have been using their (Revv cars) services as monthly subscription. At certain point of time I cannot bear the cost, I returned the car due to non payment of dues. The case was filed in 2020 November (filing - 14347/2020 - Delhi- Saket), Today I received a notification from Revv cars that I have been declared as Proclaimed Offender. I do not see in the ecourt website such order. It shows the case is disposed with reason Uncontested--P.O. CONSIGNED. I am worried really, as I live in France now

You need to file an application for cancellation of warrants under section 82. It's upon the discretion of the court to set you free on personal bonds or can even demand surety bonds. And in that application you need to take the defence that you were never provided with the info and never received any kind of summons from the court.
