Query Regarding Maintainability of SLP Prayer for Reference to KRERA

I seek your considered opinion regarding the most appropriate legal remedy available after dismissal of my Consumer Complaint by the DCDRC, SCDRC, NCDRC and the Review Application by the NCDRC.
Throughout the consumer proceedings, my principal prayers were for directions to the Builder to furnish mandatory documents, execute the Apartment Buyer's Agreement/Sale Deed, facilitate housing finance, complete the sale transaction and deliver possession.
The appeal against the order of NCDRC lies in the Supreme Court and the limitation for filing in the Apex Court is 30 days from the date of the NCDRC order. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Since your consumer case has been dismissed up to the NCDRC Review, the next remedy may be an SLP before the Supreme Court, if there are substantial legal grounds.
