Property dealer fraud and money refund related issue

Hi, I just want an advice, actually I have approached a property dealing firm name " Square Yard" in gurgaon. Then i went their office but they called me on the property site. when i have reached there, they told me that one discount offer is going on so if you have to book at this moment. If in case, you will change your mind then your money will get refunded. I trust them and gave them 50,000 bucks as a token amount after the assurance. But after 1 day, I called and told them that I am not able to collect all the rest amount so I dont want to buy now. I will contact you in future. As of now, please refund my money. So they denied and said we are not able to give you the refund because you gave your money to property account. Now, It's been 6 month, I am chasing that square yard person. But they are still making excuses and they are very rude. I am not able to understand why they did so? I have all the chats, mails related to refund. Please guys help me.
