Procedure to recover money given

my payments are stuck , so need a legal help , how can I get my money with interest .

Dear sir, The money which needs to be recovered is from whom? Individual or company? In both the cases you need to file a civil suit for recovery of money. If you have a written agreement well and good and if not then the onus is on you to prove that you have given the money to them and they are not returning back. You may also send them a legal notice to initiate with.
