Procedure for recovery of Non-payment of dues by our customer

Dear Sir/Madam, We are cutting tools' traders from Guindy, we have supplied tools with a 30 days credit to a Tier-I Automobile company. But it is 7 months now, we are getting no response from. Can i sue them & recover my payment?? what all details i need from my side??
You will have to send a legal notice regarding the same, if he/she denies/ignores to comply to the same, then you can file a civil suit for recovery in the jurisdictional civil court.
