the procedure needs to be followed to collect outstanding salaries and full & final settlements.

We can send notice to the employer asking him to clear the outstanding dues payable to you and further whatever interest on the outstanding dues if the salary is not paid we can file a case against the employer in Labor as well as NCLT court
