Mujhe kal Pre arbitration notice mere mail ke dwara diya gaya hai vakil ne, bajaj Finserv ke taraf se, maine turant return mail Kiya hai, ki ye sab ka jarurat nahi hai, mera 2month ka emi pending hai jo ki is mahine me paid kar dunga, 5 saal se emi paid kar rha hu ab 6mahine baki hai, or is tarah ka notice aaya hai, please mujhe help kare

A Pre-Arbitration Notice from the lender is a standard legal step when EMIs are overdue. Do not ignore it. Immediately do the following: 1. Reply in writing disputing any illegal charges, and clearly mention that only 2 EMIs are pending and you are a regular payer for 5 years. 2. Seek statement of account, breakup of overdue interest/penal charges, and copy of the loan agreement/arbitration clause. 3. Offer to clear the pending EMIs within a fixed date and request closure of the notice. 4. Ensure payment is made only through official modes and keep proof. If you fail to regularise, the lender may invoke arbitration, seek interim relief and initiate recovery/repossession as per law. Pay/settle immediately and document everything.
