Planet Spark Online education return of money paid for enrollment help

I have enrolled for online education services after getting extracted to online add after payment they are not responding to mails and finally they offered some extra classes inspite of accepting the same still no response. I paid 28000/- so want advice that i can get money back if i file a case.
