Recovery ke case mein praya Bank ko ye Adhikar hai ki jo bhi public Mani ko bhugtan nahi kar pate or nahi dete to us case mein Bank ke apne agency Hote Hain Jo prayah intimation Dete Hain Ki aapka EMI Bounce ho raha hai ab turant bhugtan Karen Nahin to loan aapka NPA ho jayega. aapke sirf ek EMI bhugtan Nahin karne per Bank aapko harass nahi kar sakta ye Supreme Court ka direction hai. action ke
