Pg deposit refund because off torture by owner and roommate

I shifted in a pg on 3 January's and owner told me it's girls pg and pg was different from the photos which the owner showed me online .I asked about roommate he said acchi h . I took that pg because it was 10 min away from my college . I checked the rooms and owner said "room dekh lijiye acche se paise waps nhi honge fr " I said ok .
