Hello, mane personal loan online app se 2018 me liya tha. 2020 march tak bhara fir emi nahi bhar paya. 2022 me account me dekha ki koe emi hit ni kar rahi thi to mane account close kara diya. Cibil me 3 lakh ka amount payable dhika raha h. Loan 1.2 lakh ka liya tha. Approx 60k de diye the emi ke through. Mujhe puchna h ki kya bank koe case kar sakta h ab 4 years after last payment.
Yes banks also have the right to file the against you because you didn't pay the emi to the bank but you can settle to the bank in the court whenever you are free plz call me back yu can give the settlement amount to the bank through meditation
