Pending bank loan or blacklist passport number in india

Hello. Iam living in abroad and i am unable to pay my bank loan emi from past few years because of financial problem. Now i my daughter wants to go to india. She is not co borrower or co gurenter. But i am afraid they will catch her on delhi airport or immigration will not allow to enter

If she’s not a co-borrower or co-guarantor in the loan you had taken then you need not worry about her. No one is going to stop her at the airport or immigration. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
