payment not refund only chaque gives

i give 2 lakhs a person for my son govt job on 13 feb 2022 , online payment done ,,,he given me signed chaque of 2 lakh amount with promis will beck till may 2022 if not get job...ow he is gives me only dated.

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if you have got the cheques then you can always file a case under section 138 NI Act and claim your money. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Given money for job is not a legal purpose Therefore if u take this ground u will lose the case ! Though it’s your hard earned money I would recommend you to hire an expert advocate in this regard ! Plzb in touch asap
