Payment against supply not given by spice company

Sir we supply Corindar seed in pvt ltd spice company near 1 cr they were giving payment six months before part part but last six months they didn't give any payment now my 50 lac is pending I think they have now bad intanshion i have one 10 lac bounce check it is 4 months old please give legal adv
you can file legal action against the company and all of its directors and concerning officers. there are so many ways. a complaint under NI Act or a Civil Suit or a winding up proceeding or a criminal offense case can be filed. Please meet personally with all the documents.
