my partner has taken the loan from bajaj finance and hdfc without my concern and i have not signed on the any papers . Now partner is absconding and bankers are asking me to pay the dues what should i do now

Hello sir/ Madam , Kindly give the further information/ details : 1. Had partner taken personal loan or business loan? 2. Do you have partnership deed? 3. Are there any written communication? 4. Who is the managing partner?
