partner is forcing me to return his full amount without any deduction

I am working as a partner in a computer embroidery from june 2015, my partner share is 1,50,000/-. From june to October company was in loss and if i sell machine then its selling value will be less then invested value but my partner is forcing me to return his full investment without any deduction. what action can i take.
