Online degree admission and online education lon cancelation

I had taken admission in BCA in august 2022 but i had to cancel due to heart problemnso i mailed on november 11 and last date for admission cancellation was november 24 and they gave me education loannDue to my heart problem, I had to cancel the admission, so I kept mailing and getting it canceled but till now it happened.They are saying that the cancelation will be done tomorrow, wait for 2 days, wait for 5 days, March has come like this and I have mailed a lot. I undergo 2 times open heart surgery and now I am in very depression what can I do? The loan recovery agents sending notice to appear in court please someone help me I have call recordings

Dear client, You may file a consumer case against college for recovery of the same along with interest and sue for compensation with regards to mental harassment. Do let me know if you have any questions. Do let me know if you have any questions.

The customer can also take legal action. “If the defaulter has experienced intimidation, he can file a complaint against the bank and the recovery agency at a police station under Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860 (which deals with criminal intimidation)
