online course registration fee refund

26-Jun-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I applied for an online course and they took a registration fee from me and I don't want to enroll anymore and asked for the refund of registration fee and they denied and said its not refundable (it was not mentioned anywhere during registration process) and they asked for the payment by sending me a link and saying that it will expire in 20 min so quickly make payment so I paid in a hurry. Can i get my money back ?

you can of course get your money back if there's nothing in the terms and conditions that the fees was not refundable.
you can fight it on merits and take a legal action against the course provider.

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
