On mother( 78) account bearer check encashed written my name on check 4 lakhs in 2007 detected now did not report 2;police refused by then due to time bar

This matter is over 15 years old, so under the Limitation Act 1963, the claim is likely time barred for both civil recovery 3 years limit and the criminal action unless you prove continued fraud or Discovery delay with evidence.
