Nursery owner neither delivering plants nor refunding the amount

I wanted to buy some plants from a nursery. I transferred 45000 Rs. as a advance to owners account. He has given me slip of money i transferred into his account. Slip was without gst number.But he is not giving me plants nor my money back. Can i claim it?

Yes you can claim the said amount by way of sending legal notice through Advocate to nursery owner...

You have to issue him a legal notice in order to demand your money back or to perform his part of the contract and to deliver you the plants. To any initiate a legal proceeding you need to issue a legal notice first. You are entitle for refund of your money if he does not deliver you the plants.
