Not able to pay my loan amount on time

I have take a loan from Rupeeredee and the due date is 17-12-2018.I am not able to pay on due date.I asked them for extension which they mentioned in their FAQ section.ow todaw they called me and trying to threatened me. They says they will send some people at my home.Now what should I do now.
In this regard, I advice you that you should report the matter to the banking Regulator and RBI, as there are enough case laws to say that you cannot use force to get your money recovered and further cannot use bouncers.
