Not able to pay loan taken by a person what can I do

I had taken personal loan from a person@ 10% interest per month . For 15lacs I have paid him more than his actual amount in 2 years and now I am not in a condition to be able to pay the interest bùt that person is harrasing me and my family , please give me a suitable legal advice .

In case you have borrowed the money, you are liable to pay back the loan amount. The correct legal procedure to recover the amount is that the lender will send a legal notice to pay back the pending amount  if you fail to do so then he can file a recovery suit.
In case of any harassment to you and your family member, you can file a police complaint.
